custome ordered it from hoya through a dealer in salt lake city called picture line.

it wasn't even in there catalog, called the NDX400 and cost me about 110 dollars

Its honestly a bit more neutral density than I need/want for many situations so I need to start saving up for a singhray set that is a bit less powerful, but its awesome to have for when you want insanely long shutterspeeds for the condition.

sounds like the deal I got when I needed a UV filter to block visible and IR. Ordered it from Hoya, custom made and $200. Takes good UV shots tho. Definitely worth it.

so the lens only allows ultraviolet to pass through, any examples of this on deviant art i would be intrested to see them.
