custome ordered it from hoya through a dealer in salt lake city called picture line.
it wasn't even in there catalog, called the NDX400 and cost me about 110 dollars
Its honestly a bit more neutral density than I need/want for many situations so I need to start saving up for a singhray set that is a bit less powerful, but its awesome to have for when you want insanely long shutterspeeds for the condition.

It was a large stretch of beaches that are open to the public and you can park for free in any one of several pull offs as you go north it becomes more privatized and more pay to enter must leave at sunset type places, One of the hardest parts about getting photos along that coast for me was getting access to the shoreline...so much private property and no trespassing signs
