Artist's Comments

The sun had already set and the last light of the day was fading into the darkness of the night, Photographically a challenging and near impossible time to capture an image, but what a perfect time to experience an encounter with this wild animal.

Another great capture. I'd be worried about being dinner.

Wish I could speak in just one sweep
What you are and what you mean to me
Instead I mumble randomly
You stand by and enlighten me
You did a fantastic job!

some thanks needs to be given to noise ninja which is a fantastic noise reduction program.
:-) there are actually zero documented cases of wolves ever picking humans for dinner. While wolves have eaten dead humans from plane wrecks ect they have never chosen them as prey.
This is breathtaking. One of the best wolf shots I've ever seen.
